Ian Joyce represented Ireland at the 2nd Tbilisi International Contemporary Art exhibition in October 2009.
The exhibition took place from 8th – 15th October. Works exhibited by the following artists:

Call for Residencies 2010
Cló are now accepting residency applications for 2010. Applications should be made to Cló residency programme and should include an up to date C.V, a detailed proposal and images of work in jpg format. We would like to get applications from people who are interested in contemporary art and culture, and who are interested in the unique landscape and language of the Gaeltacht.

Aird ar Armenia
On Thursday 24th September at 7 p.m. resident artist Mkrtich Tonoyan, from Armenia presented ideas from his work and exchange with Cló.
Visual material was also presented by Ian Joyce along with a poetry reading

Along with Nuala Ni Fhlathúin, Mkrtich Tonoyan was awarded the first scholarship to participate in the Trasnú exchange programme funded by Ealaín na Gaeltachta and initiated by Cló. The programme focuses on an artistic and cultural exchange between The Gaeltacht and The Caucasus region. Trasnú emphasises contemporary artists who engage with the linguistic and cultural uniqueness of the Gaeltacht and the Caucasus (Armenia).
During his residency Mkrtich Tonoyan, who is the coordinator of the ACSL artists in residence programme “Art Commune” , will develop links between ACSL and Cló’ with a view to assisting a future artists’ exchange between Armenia and Ireland.
Mkrtich Tonoyan, will work on a special installation of his work for the “Living Archive” during his residency which will be exhibited on 23rd of October along with works by Aoife Mc Garrigle who is this years recipient of the Mhadhie Hughie Eoin Scholarship.
